Shipments Single Items - Most items are shipped by major freight lines and charges are freight collect, unless major credit card billing or prepayment has been arranged. We always attempt to ship via the least expensive qualified carrier and will be glad to furnish you with estimated freight charges. However, it is difficult to arrive at exact charges because of the numerous factors affecting these costs. Included in these variables are weights of more than 300 pounds, inside delivery, delivery to a business or residential address, distance from the freight terminal, interline shipping and delivery to states which require prepaid freight and delivery charges. For example, four 12" by 8' columns shipped to a business address in Washington, D.C. within the specified distance from the terminal would have an approximate freight charge of $175.00.
Truck Load - To arrange for shipping by truckload, please contact our sales office. Handling and crating/boxing charges are 5% on orders under $3,000.00. Depending on production schedules, composition capitals and columns may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
